We are now looking for a Declarative Salesforce Developer for the IT-department at our office located in Solna, Stockholm. At PostNord, we work agile according to SAFe, where you will be a part of the agile organization and work between business and IT.

 

The position

In PostNord we have a very large Salesforce solution, where we now need the reinforcement of a Business Expert with technical competence in Salesforce. This person can drive the work forward together with colleagues from the business and the development teams. In the role, you will be able to spot the needs of the business and be an important link between the business and IT. The work includes to actualize the requirements from various stakeholders, visualization of potential solutions in Salesforce and to determine possible implementations of Salesforce. Furthermore, you will work closely with the teams for continued analysis work. In your everyday work, you will be involved in, and influence large parts of the delivery. The department is facing an exciting journey regarding both technology and working methods, and you are given a great opportunity to be involved and make an impact.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in relevant field

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Experience with analysis/configuration on/within Salesforce

• Experience in the integration of larger implementations/the integration with Salesforce

• Experience working in various roles, either as a traditional Business Analyst or Product Owner

• Experience in Modeling and identifying IT support needs

• Experience with Apex, Visual force pages, Aura, LWC, Triggers and Flows

• Communicate in English and Swedish, fluent verbal, and written communication

 

Meritorious:

• Salesforce certificate

• Experience from an agile way of working
