About the Position

LinkoCare Life Sciences AB is expanding their team and is looking for a Logistic and Office Manager.  This is a full-time position located at Linköping Science Park.

Responsibilities

• In the role as Logistic and Office Manager you will be handling all office and logistic related tasks, and you will be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

• You will be responsible for incoming calls, welcoming visitors, coordinating communications between companies, and writing and submitting grant documentations and applications (Swedish, EU, etc.).

• You will be in charge of supply control, ordering office and laboratory supplies, and collecting quotes for purchasing.

• You will assist the Company’s CEO by booking meetings, and keeping track of appointments.

Your profile

To be successful in this role;

• you must be highly organized, flexible, driven, humble, collaborative, and communicative.

• you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.  
  It is a great advantage if you have previous experience from a similar role.

• you need to have skills and ability to work well with others and collaborate with the management team and other colleagues to achieve the company´s goals.
